The primary goal of this program is to increase overall muscle size and shape for women who are at an intermediate to advanced stage of their physique development with an increased focus on glutes, back, abs and shoulders hypertrophy. 'Intermediate to advance' stage means you would have been performing consistent training in the gym for at least 2 - 3 years. 


The secondary aim is to increase overall muscular strength, with a focus on compound movements supplemented with some isolation exercises.
