I'll design your personalised training programme based on the information you've provided. This can be for workouts in the gym or at home.

Your personalised meal plan calculated to the correct calorie and macronutrient intake for your objectives, along with recipes, videos, and a shopping list.

You'll be able to access your plan directly from your phone, where you'll be able to view your entire programme, videos, monitor and sync exercises, view meal plans, upload photos, sync with wearable fitness devices, and more.

Each programme includes an onboarding call to discuss your programme and the results you expect. In addition, a monthly review call, a weekly check-in, and unlimited daily instant messaging support are included.

I can set and track unique habits like water intake, intermittent fasting, and meditation sessions as part of your overall healthier lifestyle. I can also hold you accountable for any other lifestyle objectives you want to set.

I began online coaching because prior to becoming a certified personal trainer, I was the fitness fool who did everything wrong. I restricted the foods I loved, drastically reduced my calorie intake, yo-yo dieted, and followed "off the shelf" programmes made for people other than myself. But after that, I studied to become a nutrition advisor and personal trainer! I started working as a PT at David Lloyd Clubs - Europe’s leading health, sport and leisure group, and a coach for Optimum Nutrition - the world's best-selling protein powder brand. During this time I noticed that there was a significant disconnect between fitness, personal training, and actually creating a lifestyle. This is where my coaching comes into play! I have coached and assisted in changing the physiques and mindset of hundreds of individuals.

I have always been into gaming, ever since I was a child playing on my neighbours Sega Master System, Alex the Kid to be precise (yes, I'm that old..).

I was ALWAYS competitive too, with sports and games, so I constantly tried to look for an advantage over everyone else. It took me a while to connect the dots between fitness and gaming (especially FIFA & Call of Duty), but I found that exercise helped my focus, kept me alert, improved my posture and helped me sleep better, all of which transferred into gaming.
