I began online coaching because prior to becoming a certified personal trainer, I was the fitness fool who did everything wrong. I restricted the foods I loved, drastically reduced my calorie intake, yo-yo dieted, and followed "off the self" programmes made for people other than myself. But after that, I studied to become a nutrition advisor and personal trainer! I started working as a PT at Europe’s leading health, sport and leisure group, and a coach for the world's best-selling protein powder brand. During this time I noticed that there was a significant disconnect between fitness, personal training, and actually creating a lifestyle. This is where my coaching comes into play! I have coached and assisted in changing the physiques and mindset of hundreds of individuals.
